Tight Race Concludes with Narrow Margin
As the votes were tallied, De la Espriella received approximately 12.96 million votes, accounting for 49.66% of the total cast. His opponent, Cepeda, garnered around 12.7 million votes, which translates to 48.7% of the vote share. Controversy Surrounding the Results
Despite the victory, Cepeda has raised concerns about potential irregularities in the vote counting process.
